Just in case you didn’t know;
HESK is a brilliant piece of Help Desk software
made by Klemen, at phpjunkyard.com.

Nothing wrong with that software, but we wanted some changes.
So I did that myself.

Of course I now changed the download location to a Hesk Knowledgebase article
